WHAT IS COVERED?
Heritage Prams Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship occurring under normal use for a period limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase if the product is not registered with Heritage Prams Inc. and two (2) years from the date of original purchase for the Dolls Prams and (5) years for the Balmoral Pram. if the product is registered with Heritage Prams Inc. within one (1) year of the date of original purchase of the product . WHO IS COVERED?
This warranty only covers the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred to any other person. The product must have been assembled and maintained per the product instructions.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty does not cover:
- non-Heritage Prams Inc products;
- misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use; or use of the product other than for its intended purpose;
- damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance;
- products that have been modified or altered;
- normal wear and tear,
- cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear, or
- any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship.

SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this limited warranty, and Heritage Pram Inc sole and exclusive liability, is to either repair or replace the defective product. Repaired or replaced products will be warranted to the end of the warranty period of the original product. They do not extend the original warranty period.
This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of any other express warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HERITAGE PRAMS INC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HERITAGE PRAMS INC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF HERITAGE PRAMS INC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, therefore the above limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Silver Cross is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with most Items purchased from the Silver Cross online store, it can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please email our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange to return your goods. Please note, at this time, the Balmoral Pram is non-refundable once the product has shipped. However, all warranties will apply.
Please have your original order number available to quote when emailing as your proof of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. That means no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings.
Please note that should you cancel your order within 2 business days period we will refund the cost of the item as long as the product has not shipped. However, all delivery charges for cancellations outside this period but still within the 14 days stated above are non-refundable.
All items will be collected by the Silver Cross nominated carrier. There will be a charge applied for returned items; the charges are as follows:
Dolls Prams: $75
All items returned will be your responsibility to return. Once received we will notify you via email that we have received your item and apply your applicable refund. All items must be returned without damage and in unused condition. If the product is damaged while you have tested the product, there is a chance you will not receive a full refund. We highly suggest that you use a return service that has tracking capabilities, as we will not be responsible to refund any items lost in shipping. Once your item is received an inspected, refunds can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to process.
These charges will be deducted from your refund to the credit card used to purchase the goods. We do not have the ability to refund a different credit card. Faulty Goods We will refund or exchange any item which develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will repair free of charge any item which develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days from delivery and within the guarantee period. There will be no charge for collection and return of these items. Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange. We will repair at your cost any item which suffers accidental damage at any time during its lifespan.

We endeavour to hold fabric and coordinating components for the duration of the guarantee period. If specific colours are not available then a coordinating fabric will be used. Fabrics may fade and discolour slightly during normal use and we cannot guarantee that replacements will be an exact match to original components.
